61 Manage import and export operations for Bonded Warehouse, ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs procedures. 61 Manage and ensure proper classification and declaration of goods, tariff codes. Handle customs inspection monitor and onsite check. 61 Manage distribution center logistic delivery, shipping cost, surcharge for special service. Manage and track logistics cost, identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements. 61 Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, supply planning team, order management team, 3PL, suppliers, forwarders and brokers. 61 Communicate with all suppliers and handle inbound activities in bonded warehouse, eg, tracking, unloading plan. 61 Interactions with supply planning teams during inventory management 61 Communicate with all markets and handle outbound activities, eg, booking, documents preparation. 61 Coordinate Bonded Warehouse team and forwarders/broker to ensure a smooth goods receiving/goods delivery. 61 3PL/Forwarders performance management during day to day operations 61 Optimize import and export process, support system testing. 61 Proactively involve in Continuous Improvement projects. Optimize daily operation process and support cross functional improvements. 61 Other tasks assigned by superior.
Job Specifications 61 Bachelor’s degree and above; in international trade or logistics related majors 61 Minimum 5 years’ working experience in import & export management for bonded warehouses. 61 Rich knowledge and experience in international trade practices and supply chain/logistics process optimization. 61 Good command in both written and spoken English, CET-4 or above. 61 Strong planning, organization and coordination skills 61 Familiar with ERP system and experience in using SAP
