Position Overview: As our Marketing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in enhancing the visual component of our products and documents. You will collaborate with teams in China and the USA to ensure all materials are professional, clear, and standardized. Your responsibilities include photographing products in factories, improving and standardizing key documents, and managing visual components like stickers, nameplates, and product labels. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design, strong photography skills, and experience using software tools for document formatting and design. You should be proactive, capable of identifying areas for improvement, and be willing to take the initiative to enhance materials and processes.
Key Responsibilities: ● Photography: Capture high-quality images of our electrical equipment products, directly at the factories. Ensure all images reflect the quality and professionalism of our brand. ● Document Design & Standardization: Review existing documents (manuals, brochures, reports, etc.) and improve their visual appeal by applying professional design principles. This includes creating templates for frequently used documents to ensure consistency across all materials. ● Visual Branding: Oversee the design and application of product labels, stickers, nameplates, and other visual elements that appear on our products. ● Collaboration: Work closely with both the USA and China-based teams to understand their needs for documents and product visuals. ● Proactive Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in existing documents, visual elements, and templates. Take the initiative to enhance these materials.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Communications, or related field. Experience: 2+ years of experience in a marketing or design-related role, ideally with industrial or commercial products. Experience in photography, document design, or visual communications is required. Availability: Willingness to respond to urgent requests at night or on weekends on an as-needed basis
Skills: ● Excellent communication skills in Chinese, strong communication skills in English. ● Strong work ethic and sense of ownership of products and projects. ● Quick learner and problem-solver with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes. ● Ability to work collaboratively and proactively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
