Job Responsibilities: 1. Develop market-oriented strategies with a particular focus on the automotive industry. 2. Collaborate with the sales team to incorporate our products into end customers' projects. 3. Prepare annual sales TO budget and steer to achieve the budget. 4. Apply market-oriented strategies. 5. Provide technical support to the sales organization and the customers. 6. Monitor and analyze market developments.
Requirements: 1. University graduate, engineering degree preferred. 2. Good English & Chinese skills in both writing and speaking. Fluent oral English is highly preferred. 3. Able to work independently. 4. Demonstrates ability to work in a team environment and assumes responsibilities in a proactive manner. Able to work by objectives. 5. Frequent traveling within the region and to the headquarters /factories. 6. 5-10 years’ experience in electronic engineering or equivalent. Passive component sales or marketing experience is preferred 7. Knowledge of inductors and transformers and technical background is preferred 8. Basic knowledge of TS16949/ISO9001 9. Basic knowledge of quality core tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, Control Plan and etc.)
