Job Description: - Responsible for the management of the company's financial department, including budgeting, cost control, financial statement preparation, tax compliance and financial risk management. - Assist company management in making financial decisions and be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies to ensure financial soundness and compliance with regulatory requirements. - Monitor the operations of the company's finance team to ensure that the financial statements are accurate, timely and complete. - Identify and assess the company's financial risks and take appropriate measures for risk management. - Work with other departments on cost control, budget management, etc. - Ensure corporate financial compliance with relevant regulations and policies, including audit and tax compliance. - Develop the company's financial budget, monitor the implementation of the budget, and timely report to the company's management. - Monthly management reporting and variance analyses for corporate requirements with high quality; - Oversee the Financial Planning & Analysis function, including the continuous improvement in processes and reporting; - Work with Internal and External Auditors as required. To assist cooperate with Group Finance Team to complete relevant reports. - Timely execution of tasks Generate forecast by consolidating inputs regarding sales, margin, marketing budget, E-com expenses, S&B, T&E. - Prepares and maintain payroll, employee database, reports and analysis. Ensure a high level of accuracy in all HR records and documents in compliance of all labor requirements. Job Requirement: - Bachelor's degree or above with a certificate in finance, accounting or related field. - At least 5 years of accounting management experience, industry related is preferred. - Familiar with financial accounting standards, policies and regulations, with strong financial analysis ability. - Familiar with budgeting, cost control, financial statements and other financial tools and methods. - Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, good coordination and organization skills. - Fluent in spoken and written English. - Proficient in ERP system and MS Office programs, especially Excel.
