This role is responsible for partner with the country managers and sales teams within the cluster to drive net sales growth and maximize net pricing by collaborating on joint business plans and customer thought leadership initiatives as well as driving project compass. This role also serves as the leader for the sales finance team and is therefore responsible for all people management activities including recruiting, team development, career development and coaching. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 61 Optimize trade spending and customer mix – Ensure sales finance team analyzes trade spending plans with sales team to maximize Net Pricing and reduce Gross to Net 61 Regularly review and refine the streamlined process to adapt to evolving trade environments, well-controlled trade spending from planning to payment ensure adherence to regulations and prevent overspending 61 Accurately forecast and deliver on growth objectives – support the sales team in Step 2 of SOP 61 JBP and CTL support – partner with Sales team to develop strong business plans that deliver against SCJ objectives of growth, maximize Net Pricing and ensure conditionality 61 Project Compass - Drive the Compass initiatives to ensure sales finance and sales teams evaluate ROI on trade spend, establish conditionality of customer terms and develop customer profitability analysis (ie. profit pooling) 61 Analyze and optimize promotional spend, working with customer marketing and the sales teams 61 Work with the SSC A/R team and the local sales teams to minimize Accounts Receivables – Ensure sales finance team works as liaison between the SSC and the sales team to facilitate timely resolution of open deductions and outstanding invoices 61 Manage the sales finance team (associate managers and analysts) including all recruiting, team development, and coaching 61 Drive simplification initiatives and best practices in coordination with rest of cluster finance team Required Skills / Experience / Competencies: 61 Bachelor’s degree 61 More than 10 years of working experience in finance Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies: 61 Proficient English (oral and written), analytic skills/proficiency with EXCEL, good presentation deck development skills. 61 Strong and financial planning and analysis skills 61 Strong people leadership skill Job Requirements: 61 Full time work, overtime is expected 61 Travel will up to 10% of work time within country 61 This role is not eligible for relocation Benefits and Culture: 61 Ongoing training and development 61 Family-owned company, with a family feel 61 Be a member of a company championing a better world through sustainability and environmental protection measures
