职位概述
This position is responsible for planning and implementing sales activities for the general material testing, i.e. fire / chemical / ENV testing business.
本岗位负责公司通用材料性能测试，含防火，化学及环境可靠性测试相关的销售规划和具体实施工作
岗位职责
1. Develop business in general material testing, i.e. fire, chemical, ENV testing field through professional sales activities, in the field of railway, construction material, electric components, textile, furniture and automotive interiors :
本岗位负责公司通用材料性能测试，包含以下任一领域，如防火，化学及环境可靠性的测试及认证业务开拓，行业涉及轨道交通，汽车内饰，建筑材料，电子部件，纺织品以及家具等，具体内容包含
a. Search for potential customer;
搜寻潜在客户；
b. Create business opportunity by exploring channels and network;
创造业务机会，开拓业务渠道；
c. Respond to and follow up customer's enquiry;
跟进以及反馈客户询价；
d. Visit / meet customer and introduce company's services;
拜访客户并介绍公司服务；
e. Negotiate price and prepare quotation according to internal pricing system;
制定价格以及准备报价单；
f. Prepare and confirm contract with customer;
与客户签订合同；
g. Conduct customer management to maintain business relationship, increase brand & service awareness and enhance satisfaction among customers;
维护客户关系，提升品牌形象，价值以及客户满意度；
h. As assigned, coordinate between customer and internal groups on project start, payment and progress
跟进项目回款以及项目进度；
2. Support marketing activities and carry out competitor analysis;
支持市场活动，并进行竞争对手分析；
3. Perform other duties assigned by reporting manager

任职条件
1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical, material and related major;
机械工程，材料等相关专业本科学历；
2. At least 3 years’ sales experience in any of following field, including fire, chemical, ENV testing in a third party testing lab;
在如下任一领域从事过通用材料测试销售相关工作至少3年工作经验，包含防火，化学及环境可靠性领域中的第三方实验室；
3. Good work ethic ;
具备良好的职业道德；
4. Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions;
了解客户需求，对于测试标准，流程等熟悉；
5. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;
积极主动，勤奋努力，具备团队精神；
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
良好的沟通技巧；
7. Can work independently and efficiently, can work under pressure;
能够独立工作，具备承压能力；
8. Railway academic background is preferred.
具备铁路行业防火阻燃测试经验更加；
