Primary Activities 主要工作: 1、Responsible for service operation department business development, team management and marketing strategy development 负责售后运营部门的业务拓展、团队管理和市场策略制定; 2、Formulate aftermarket sales and marketing strategies and execute the implementation; 制定售后的销售策略和市场策略,并执行实施; 3、Responsible for aftermarket business growth and achievement of performance goals; 负责售后的业务增长和完成业绩目标; 4、Coordinate the partnership between after-sales and other internal departments to ensure sales targets are met; 协调售后和内部其他部门之间的合作关系,确保销售目标的达成; 5、Responsible for after-sales business training and competency enhancement to ensure the team has good product knowledge and service skills; 负责售后的业务培训和能力提升,确保团队具有良好的产品知识和服务技能; 6、Pay close attention to the market dynamics and the latest trends of competitors, and formulate response strategies; 密切关注市场动态和竞争对手的最新动向,制定应对策略; 7、Maintain good communication with partners and vendors to ensure smooth operations; 与合作伙伴和供应商保持良好的沟通,以确保业务的顺利进行; 8、Completing other tasks assigned by the supervisor. 完成上级领导交办的其他工作。
Education & Work experience 教育及工作经验:
1、 Bachelor's degree or above, more than 10 years of related work experience; 大学本科及以上学历,5年以上相关工作经验; 2、 Experience in after-sales service leader, team management, and customer service; 有客户服务领导、团队管理、售后销售等方面的经验;
