POSITION OVERVIEW Responsible for the consolidation and evaluation of the financial results, the operating forecasts, and the annual statutory information, assisting Finance director to manage financial matters of sub-group and its related divisions. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Business Planning and Forecasting: a) Develop and maintain comprehensive business plans and financial forecasts such as sales, contribution margin, headcount, manufacturing costs, and SG&A costs, CAPEX and Working capital. b) Assistant with different budget scenarios walk. c) Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and accuracy in financial planning. d) Follow up actual cost recovery with budget. 2. Weekly flash: a) Prepare weekly sales reports and flash reports, updating the 3-month forecast weekly. b) Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 3. Monthly Reporting: a) Prepare and analyze monthly flash reports covering net sales, contribution margin, P&L, Working capital, premium costs, and cost of quality. b) Provide insights and commentary on key financial metrics and performance indicators. c) Ensure accuracy and consistency in monthly financial reporting. 4. Operations Reporting: a) Prepare and analyze reports comparing targets and actuals in manufacturing activities, including production volume and material usage. b) Monitor key operational metrics and KPIs, providing insights to management. 5. Business planning and month end result upload to OneStream. 6. Other assignment by finance Controller. QUALIFICATION 1. 3 - 5 years solid financial reporting/analysis and budget control experience within a complex, challenging international environment, preferably in the manufacturing/automotive industry 2. Good at Excel/Word/PPT, ERP(SAP/QAD) systems, OneStream, and other reporting systems 3. Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting 4. Integrity/honest, proactive, high efficiency, optimistic, result orientated, strong communication skill, quick learner 5. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
