A. Evaluate on BOM cost in acquisition phase.

Early involvement in project acquisition phase and design phase.
Output of reasonable Evaluation on common part on time to achieve NOP.
Deep dive in complicated parts with Commodity buyer.


B. Project sourcing according to timing plan and achieve target price.

According to project timing plan, set up the Purchasing Tracking List for projects, monitor the BOM sourcing cost and sourcing timing overall.
RFQ, sourcing procedure, and nomination according to sourcing plan.
Monitor the tooling PR status according to project budget and company payment budget.
Issue the capacity survey for new projects, confirm the capacity from supplier.

C. Cost Reduction.

Digging opportunity of cost reduction in whole life time.
Organize feasibility study with supplier, collect potential saving and cost.
Get approval from management.


Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above.
Over 3 years automotive industry experience and direct material sourcing experience.
Cross function work.
Experience in project management and will be better.
Familiar with process and cost model of stamping, plastic, painting, plating, harness etc.
Office and communication. English in written and spoken is necessary.
Cost sense and object oriented.
