We are looking for a Process Engineer for Suspension Product Line for our Division Chassis Solutions at our location of Shanghai.

Your tasks:

Plan and implement and improve the assembly and manufacturing system and its processes according to ZF standards and policies as well as customer requirements.
Plan and implement new assembly lines and back-up processes with regards to required equipment, tooling & spare parts. Perform Assembly line, Torque & Press tool parameterize. Establish work plan, line layout, technical machine specification, back-up plans.
Perform Assembly line, Torque & Press tool parameterization.
Take leadership during project installation phases.
Take responsibility of supplier monitoring.
Best practice share, develop improvements and innovations approaches.


Your profile:

Working experience: Min. 5 years of professional experience in manufacturing and assembly operations. Experienced in project management. Torque & Press tool parameterization capabilities. Profound analytical and problem-solving skills. Capability to understand technical processes and parameterize them.
Good Mechanical & Electrical technical skills.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related.
Prefer to be fluent in Oral and writing English.
