Key Tasks & Responsibilities
61Perform FAM Assessment/Audit for supplier ordering process including document & field checking, define and align findings and follow up action with requestor
61Challenge the necessity (what to do) and method (how to do) of maintenance tasks to improve the maintenance effectiveness
61Prepare audit report and communicate to site management team
61Identify gaps in different process/workflow (e.g.: contractor management process, procurement ordering process), supply improvement suggestions
61Organize lessons learned to Suppliers, Contractor Management Coordinators, Engineers, Buyers, Productions, etc.
61Continuously improve the FAM Assessment/Audit procedure to improve efficiency and effectiveness of FAM Assessment/Audit process, e.g.: scope, selection rule, frequency, etc.
61Quality control for individual team member’s audit performance

61Identify compliance and commercial risk, reduce/avoid potential company loss
61Protect individual by identify gaps of adherence to policy, frame agreement, etc.

Qualifications
61Bachelor or above degree; Preference will be given to candidates with technical degrees in chemical or mechanical engineering related fields
61Good English writing and speaking
61Certified cost engineer (造价师）
Experience
61>10 years fundamental experience with construction or maintenance supervision, cost estimation or control at multinational gas/oil/chemical/petrochemical company or project;
61Multiple understanding of several disciplines and good knowledge of Chinese quota book
61Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and company regulations
Skills & Competencies
61Good computer skills such as word, excel, access database
61SAP simple operation is better
61Certified cost engineer
61Good English language skills oral & written
61Must be self motivated and capable of identifying and solving problems as well as follow procedures.
61Be willing to learn new things.
61Well communication/coordination, loyalty, initiative, open minded and good teamwork spirit.
