Major Tasks & responsibilities:
61Perform the duties as required in the signed document of Production Safety Responsibility System. 履行所签署的安全生产责任制中所规定的各项职责。
61Understand and strictly follow the Covestro HES standard & SOPs. 理解并严格执行科思创的HSE标准和SOP。
61Start up and shut down of production plants. 对生产工厂进行开停车操作。
61Operate the plant safely and reliably by both DCS and field operation. 开展安全可靠的DCS及现场操作。
61Do plant patrols and perform all required operational tasks in the assigned areas, including chemicals handling process, equipments cleaning, sampleing, strainers change, etc. according to the SOP and instructions. 进行装置巡检，根据SOP和操作指令完成所负责工作范围内的所有操作任务，包括化学品处置，设备清洗、采样、更换过滤器等。
61Take correct actions according to operation procedures in case of process deviations. 在装置运行偏离正常工况时，按照操作规程采取纠正措施。
61Coordinate the daily operation interfaces, including plants upstream/downstream, maintenance team, logistic, QC, etc., to comply with the requirements in Covestro procedure. 协调日常操作工作的各个界面，包括上下游工厂、维修团队、物流和实验室等，确保满足工作流程的各项要求。
61Identify and report the improvement potential in regards of energy efficiency and process improvement. 识别和报告潜在的能效提升和工艺改进。
61Fulfill other tasks assigned via shift supervisor or deputy shift supervisor. 执行班长或副班长分派的其它工作任务。

Qualifications:
61High school or vocational, or >=2Y chemical industry experience, or B.S, major in chemical related disciplines (legal requirement on MHI operation). 高中或技校学历，或2年以上化工从业经验，或大学本科高中或技校学历，化工相关专业（重大危险源要求）。
61Hold relevant certificates required in defined qualification matrix. 执有工厂qualification matrix定义的相关资质。
