Job Title: Finance Analyst (Contractor) Key responsibilities: 1. Reporting & Analysis – (1)Responsible for Production, MCC (manufactory conversion cost), FLCC (factory logistics cost), NQC (non-quality cost), factory HC (headcount) monthly reporting, quality analysis and variance explanation to CFO & Factory Director, call out solid risks & opportunities to guide so-what decisions. (2)Responsible for LCC (Logistics Conversion Cost) monthly reporting, quality analysis and variance explanation to CFO & Supply Chain Director; collaborate with key stakeholders on new projects and provide financial simulations & implications (i.e. direct-to-consumer) . (3)Responsible for Prime (Raws & Packs) monthly reporting, quality analysis and variance explanation to CFO & Commercial, provide by SKU cost break-down with analysis to demand finance BP for better cost visibility to guide so-what decisions. (4) Responsible for cost update for new product margin simulation, and quarterly ICP update for key importation portfolio. 2. Projects (1)Be a strong support to line manager on DiB projects (do it best cost saving projects), connect with key stakeholders on cost saving tracking and validation. (2) Be a strong support to line manager on deep dive projects with data analysis to drive so-what decisions. (3) Be a strong support to line manager on ad hoc meeting materials preparation through visualized PPT. 3. Digitalization Lead Lead digitalization projects to drive data automation through power BI or other digital tools, to provide user friendly reports with insights. 4. Reports To: Finance Controller – Market & Supply Qualification & skills: (1)Reputable education in accounting or a related field. CPA or equivalent qualification will be a plus (2)High learning agility (3)Responsible, deliver consistent high-quality result even under pressure (4) Attention to details & strong data sense (5) Communication skills, conflict management, and influence others; (6)Resilience & inner drive for growth; Professional experience: 2-4 years experience, FP&A or BP or costing experience will be a plus
