About the job: Drive the business with a specific focus on product & application by proactively leading and supporting sales within BUs; Claim handler for their respective products/applications, focused on Trouble Shooting Introduce and sell new products or applications, solutions directly to the customers or market; Technical Sales Support to external sales, inside sales and quotation team Front line contact for specific projects & Cooperate with External Sales to close projects Draft specific products /Application / Industry Process Guideline Make and update internal products training materials and the training plan Product Training & seminar for external customers and internal staffs
What you know: Knowledge: Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering is preferred. Skills: 5+ years’ working experience in petrochemical or refinery field Problem solving and target oriented; Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills; Able to see the whole picture, as well as have an eye for details; Fast learner; Fluent written and spoken English (required); Be familiar with office software (required). Attitude: Integrity, independent, situational & self-driven; Open and informal style to communicate and cooperate across functions as well as country borders; Able to drive and lead change within the organization and work in a fast-paced environment; Stress tolerance; Customer-orientation, and; Strong teamwork spirit and good career reputation;
