Job Description：

Perform performance test and issue the test reports for products according to test specification, e.g. salt spray, tensile strength, thermal cycling, seal performance, etc.
根据测试标准对产品进行基本性能测试，如盐雾、拉伸强度、高低温、密封性能等，并出具相应报告。
Communicate with internal or external for test requirements and give timely feedback to requestors.
对测试要求进行内部和外部的沟通，并及时反馈测试结果。
Manage test data for assigned requests in online database to maintain up-to-date records.
管理试验数据并及时更新数据库。
Dispose tested samples according to storage requirements.
按要求管理试验后样品。
Maintain tools, fixtures and test equipment according to work instructions.
按要求维护工具，工装及试验设备。
Continually improve test process and method to improve the work efficiency.
持续改进试验流程和方法以提高工作效率。
Strictly implement 5S and Safety working process
严格执行5S和安全工作流程。


Qualifications：

Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering
本科及以上学历，机械工程类专业。
Above 3 years’ working experience on quality inspection and measuring
三年以上产品质量检测和测量相关工作经验。
Able to read mechanical drawings, and good knowledge of GD&T
能看懂机械图纸并熟悉GD&T。
Proficient in kinds of measuring tools and devices.
熟练使用测量工具及设备。
Experience on FARO or similar CMM devices is preferred.
有FARO或类似三坐标测量经验优先。
Good command of computer knowledge, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
熟练运用OFFICE软件，如Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook等
Experience on Geomagic Control or similar 3D inspection software is preferred.
有Geomagic Control或类似三维检测软件操作经验优先。
Basic English level of reading and writing
具备基本的英文读写能力
