Key Responsibilities: 61 Develop and execute merchandising strategies for wholesale channel that align with the brand's vision and market trends. 61 Support line manager in budget planning and allocation to maximize sales and minimize costs. 61 Curate and maintain a compelling product assortment that enhances the customer shopping experience. 61 Monitor inventory levels and manage product transfers to ensure optimal stock availability. 61 Create and implement effective product recommendation plans and pricing strategy to boost sales performance. 61 Conduct regular training sessions for staff, ensuring they have comprehensive product knowledge. 61 Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine merchandising strategies and inform future decisions. 61 Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. 61 Maintain good relationship and effective communication with clients to understand their demands and requests, providing merchandising plan support to drive sales. 61 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, wholesale, corporate sales, retail and e-commerce, to drive cohesive business initiatives.
Requirements: 61 At least 2 years of experience in wholesale management or merchandising for wholesale channel, preferably within the home, fashion luxury or high-end real estate industry. 61 Require a Bachelor’s degree or above; study abroad experience is a plus. 61 Strong proficiency in business and data analytics. 61 Excellent communication and project management skills. 61 Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
