Job Title: Consumer Activation Manager, Injectable Aesthetics
Location: Shanghai, China
Job Description:
Increase brand and product consumer awareness and preference with clear strategy and integrated digital marketing campaigns for Aesthetics portfolio. Measure ROI and KPIs of all campaigns/platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
61 Work with product portfolio team to establish brand/products’ consumer communication strategy and KPI
61 Product Storytelling (2B & 2C, existing portfolio & pipeline)
61 Product Positioning & USP development
61 Product Claim development & Adaptation
61 Product Asset Design & Production
61 Brand Asset Management
61 Brand Digital Asset Veeva Management & Filing
61 Brand Production Asset Veeva Management & Filing
61 POSM, GWP & Sample Management
61 Performance Tracking & Analysis
61 Brand Performance data tracking, mining and analysis
61 Customer survey, data collection and analysis
61 Develop and execute yearly consumer and digital communication plan:
61 Plan, execute seasonal brand/product campaign to increase brand awareness and drive consumer demand through various channels
61 Content creation with strong key messages and consistent premium brand image according to consumer insight analysis
61 Media buy and Social influencer content seeding with strategic focus
61 Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels to build up eco-system
61 Measure ROI and KPIs of all campaigns/platforms
61 Monitor competitors and provide ideas to stand out
61 Collaborate with customers to accelerate consumer funnel
61 Communicate with key customers for campaign collaboration and execution to establish a strong collaboration relationship
61 Collect customers’ feedbacks to optimize consumer and digital plan
61 Accountable for consumer research and understand consumer journey such as:
61 Identify the trigger for consultation, treatment etc.
61 Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
61 Supervise digital agencies to ensure agency deliver quality work and ahead of project deadline.
61 KPI setting, track/monitor mechanism and develop agile operating model
61 Fully understand digital platforms’ trends, and best practice from global or industry to be the digital marketing and consumer expert for the business.
Skills & Qualifications:
61 Bachelor degree above
61 Above six years’ experience in cosmeceutical brands (Medical Aesthetic Channel preferred), or advertising agencies serving cosmeceutical brands (Medical Aesthetic Channel preferred); rich experience in digital marketingWork Experience: Above eight years’ experience in consumer healthy industry or FMCG industry; rich experience in digital marketing
61 Proven working experience in marketing field
61 Familiar with popular social platforms, including Little Red Book, Dianping, Wechat, Weibo, Douyin etc.
61 Demonstrable experience leading and managing digital campaign, marketing database, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
61 Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
61 Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
61 Excellent teamwork and communication skills, both verbal and written, interpersonal skills and the ability to with different stakeholder
61 Good project management with multi-task capability
61 Insightful cosmeceutical product storytelling to HCPs & end Consumers
61 Good data analysis capability
61 Agile, proactive, and constructive
61 Medical Aesthetic know-how is preferred.
