岗位职责: - Manage the recruitment process for office and store positions, including job postings, initial candidate screening, and interview scheduling. - Assist candidates in completing the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition. - Handle monthly attendance records and bonus calculations for store staff, as well as the integration of related data. - Maintain HR-related system information to ensure accuracy and timely updates. - Be responsible for writing and publishing monthly WeChat recruitment account articles, as well as maintaining the daily operations of the public account. - Complete other project tasks assigned by senior management. 任职要求: - Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 1 year of recruitment experience, and retail industry background is preferred. - Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to establish good working relationships with colleagues and candidates. - Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure. - Proficient in office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. - Good English reading and writing skills, capable of handling English documents and emails.
