Main Responsibilities, Activities, Duties and Tasks 主要工作职责,活动和任务 1. Supply Chain Management: 供应链管理 o Develop overall supply chain strategy to improve efficiency and support sales growth 制定整体供应链战略,提高效益并支持销售业绩增长 o Develop and optimize supply chain process to secure full lifecycle product management 开发和优化供应链流程,确保产品的全生命周期管理 o Manage CMO / suppliers to ensure competitive cost, quality standards and on time delivery 管理 CMO/供应商,确保其具有成本竞争力、遵守质量标准并能够准时交货 o Monitor inventory levels and manage logistics to minimize costs and avoid stockouts 监测库存量并管理物流,以***限度降低成本,避免缺货 2. Order Management: 订单管理 o Manage the order fulfillment process to ensure accurate and timely delivery 管理订单执行流程,准确及时完成交货 o Coordinate with sales and production teams to align demand with supply and capacity. 与销售、生产团队协调合作,使需求与供应和产能相匹配 o Monitor order processing metrics and implement improvements to enhance order accuracy and delivery times. 监测订单进度指标并实施改进措施,以保证订单准确性与交货时间 3. Quality Management 质量管理 o Develop and oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems in line with industry standards 根据行业标准制定并监督质量管理体系的实施与维护 o Manage CDMO / CMOs to ensure the production quality 管理 CDMO / CMO以保证生产质量 o Lead the process for handling and resolving customer complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes. 牵头处理客户投诉流程,保证及时解决,结果满意 o Analyze complaint data to identify trends and areas for improvement in product quality and service. 分析投诉数据,以确定产品质量与服务的改进趋势和范围 4. Service Management: 售后服务管理 o Develop and implement service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. 制定并实施服务策略,提高客户满意度和忠诚度 o Oversee the service team to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues and maintenance requests. 监督服务团队,确保及时有效地解决技术问题与维修要求 o Continuously improve service processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime. 持续优化服务流程,提高效率,减少停滞时间 5. Others 其他 o Other work assigned by superior. 上级领导交代的其他工作。 o Aware of and comply with the corporate and local Quality/EHS Manual, Quality/EHS Management System, Quality/EHS Management Policy, Quality/EHS Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position 关注和遵守公司要求的质量、环境健康手册、管理体系和管理政策、目标和该职位的相关的法规要求。 任职要求: Professional Experience, Knowledge & Technical Skills 工作经验,知识和硬性技能 84 Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain management, or a related field. 本科以上学历,商业、运营、供应链管理或相关专业 84 Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in medical device industry. 5年以上运营管理经验,有医疗器械行业经验者优先 84 Proven track record in supply chain management; experience of working at / with contract manufacturers (CMOs) is a plus 在供应链管理方面有良好的业绩表现;有在CMO或者和CMO合作的相关工作经验者将被优先考虑 84 Strong leadership and people management skills. 具备较强的领导能力与人员管理技能 84 Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 出色的问题解决与决策能力 84 Individuals must be highly consultative, able to perform a variety of functional tasks, work within a team environment. 个人必须具有高度的解决问题能力,能够执行各种职能任务,适应团队工作氛围。
