职位主要目标及任务:
- Responsible for the return parts testing diagnosis and analysis the fault or error description, locate the cause of the fault and identify the problem point and confirm the fault component of the returned parts.
负责对返回维修件进行测试诊断以及故障描述分析，判断故障原因和查找故障问题点，确认返回件的故障部件。
- The summary and continuous optimization of existing maintenance and testing equipment, repair processes, analysis processes, and operating standards.
现有返修测试设备，返修流程、分析流程以及操作规范的整理和持续优化。

主要工作职责:
- Diagnose and analyze issues with returned parts.
诊断并分析返回件的问题。
- Propose a repair plan based on the fault description and analysis diagnosis of the returned parts.
根据返回件的故障描述和分析诊断，提出一套返修方案。
- Formulate a repair work instruction, specify the repair process, required tools and materials, etc.
制定返修作业指导书，明确返修过程、所需工具和材料等。
- Support and participate in the repair process, and provide suggestions for the process.
支持并参与返修过程，并对流程提出建议。
- Provide the guidance to repair technicians and operators, support to solve the encountered problems, and promptly modify unreasonable repair plans.
对返修技术员和操作人员进行指导，对遇到的问题进行解答和支持，及时修正不合理的返修方案。
- Define the self-inspection rule and take corresponding action to make sure the testing devices and tools are in good condition.
制定自检规则以及采取相应的行动确保分析设备以及工具处于良好的状态。

资历与经验:
- Bachelor or above in Automation Control.
自动化控制专业, 本科或以上学历。
- 3 years or more working experience in PCBA/elevator control/ inverter system and have experience in analyzing and solving problems.
三年以上的PCBA返修、电梯控制或变频器控制的工作经验，并且有一定的分析解决问题工作经验。
- Be familiar with PCBA Manufacturing process and inverter as well as the elevator system.
熟悉PCBA制程、变频器等部件以及电梯系统的工作原理。
- Be familiar with PCBA repair and rework process.
熟悉PCBA返修流程。
- Being good at problems analysis and solving.
有较强的问题分析与解决能力。
- Good English and fluent Chinese in speaking, reading and writing.
良好的中英文交流与书写能力。
