This job requires knowledge of intellectual property infringements and remediation mechanisms in China Advanced knowledge in related to enforcement, relationships with marketplaces, and the ability to work independently with little supervision is required. Additional functions and duties may be assumed or assigned from time to time. 61 Manage key account relationships in Shanghai 61 Build and manage relationships with marketplaces 61 Support operations to provide strategic direction on issues faced by brands 61 Interact with parties and industry bodies to represent and advocate our objectives 61 Investigate large scale counterfeiting networks 61 Experience in identifying and tracking offline brand protection vendors operating in the market 61 Provide direct support to a client in Shanghai which may involve working up to 4 days a week in their office.
