As a Product Manager, this position will play a pivotal role in the MDS (Medication Delivery Solutions) business unit. The primary responsibility will be PowerMe product management, which includes market shaping and competitive selling strategy. This position will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales team, R&D, finance, plant and MKT peers to drive product success and market penetration. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic plans for PowerMe market shaping, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Driving volume growth in post-VoBP environment with competitive selling strategy. - Lead product lifecycle management, from concept to commercialization. - Conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and identify growth opportunities. - Collaborate with R&D to define product specifications and features. - Create and implement marketing strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional activities. - Monitor product performance, track KPIs, and adjust strategies as needed. - Provide training and support to sales teams, ensuring effective product communication. - Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes.
