Job Title: Senior / HR Specialist Job Summary: The Human Resources Specialist plays an essential role in our plant operations, focusing on HR Operations, Recruitment, Business Partnership, and HR projects. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with extensive HR knowledge and the ability to provide strategic insights. Location: Fengxian (奉贤 - 聚烯烃改性工厂) Key Responsibilities HR Operations Delivery 1. Manage daily HR operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal regulations. 2. Maintain and update SAP with precise employee data. 3. Administer time management and attendance records, ensuring data integrity. 4. Manage leave records for all employees at the work location. 5. Ensure timely and accurate monthly payroll processing. 6. Oversee employee records and personnel files, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and terminations. 7. Prepare HR data and reports based on business requirements and government-related matters. Talent Acquisition and Integration 1. Manage recruitment and integration activities for vacant positions within CMP, adhering to company procedures and practices. 2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and timelines. 3. Screen and interview candidates, providing hiring recommendations to management. 4. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to enhance processes and outcomes. Employee Relations & Business Partnering 1. Serve as a strategic business partner to plant management. Offering HR guidance and support, provide consultation services on various HR matters, including employee relations 2. Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with business goals. 3. Lead or participate in HR projects as assigned, such as policy development and organizational restructuring. 4. Support and deliver additional HR initiatives as required per assignment. Qualification 1. Bachelor’s degree 2. With HR working experience in plant environment 3. 5 + years of experience in HR, with a focus on operations, recruitment, and business partnership. 4. With knowledge of China employment laws and regulations. 5. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization. 7. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 8. Mandarin language (fluent level in reading, oral and written) is a must in the job requirement. 9. Effective communication skills, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and advance in English.
