职位描述
Responsibilities:

1、Identify technology trends, market drivers and highlights in China
2、Competitive Positioning, for China
Maintain up to date Business intelligence on each key competitor and newcomer, identify their strategies
Define value propositions that differentiate our offerings from those of our competitors
3、Value Drivers, for China
Understand how to create value for our OEM customers and end consumers
Conduct deep dives for emerging technologies and challenge R&D choices
4、Market Assessment, for China
Establish, compile and analyse market data
Identify opportunities, design new business models and articulate value propositions for targeted markets
5、Portfolio Management, for China
Evaluate product portfolio to ensure the presence of attractive offers in existing and targeted segments
Evaluate market potential of new technologies with R&D and Business intelligence
Help to develop solution offerings that are difficult for the customer to unbundle
Specify new product (and service) characteristics with R&D to develop/improve product portfolio
6、Contribute to Strategic Product Planning (SPP) process
Customer and consumer Functional Needs, for China
Establish Product functional roadmaps with the platforms and challenge them with customers
Understand functional capabilities that our customers require in our products and services
Provide segmentation tools that enable identification of the most attractive offer for a given customer
Articulate OEMs’ Marketing and end consumers’ requirements early in product development process
Define the most profitable business model to address each targeted segment
7、Contribute to Product Group communication
Support organization of tech days, ride and drives and auto shows
Create best in class mock-ups and multimedia for communication to OEMs, in function to product strategy


Requirements:
1、College or Graduate Engineer or Marketing Master 2 / MBA
2、Good communication skills (written and oral) in both Chinese and English、French is a plus
3、Experience in the automotive industries preferred
4、3-8 years in the relevant experience industries (Automotive experience is a plus)
5、Working experience of a multicultural matrix and international organization
6、Team oriented
7、Must be a team player with an open-minded and collaborative management style
8、Energetic and result-driven with a high level of assertiveness and persistence to achieve the goals set
