岗位职责: 1、负责集团内日常财务工作管理,建立和完善集团内财务日常工作流程并持续优化; Being responsible for the whole group’s daily financial affairs, establishing and improving the daily financial work procedures. 2、月度结账流程统一控制,业务关键流程的梳理、建立和不断优化; Standardized the monthly closing process, streamlined and clarified the critical business processes, continuously optimized. 3、月度/季度/年度报表编制以及财务管理报告编制; Monthly/Quarterly/Annual financial reports preparation, as well as financial management reports preparation. 4、精细化财务核算管理,审核相关运营收入和成本合规性,按业务板块归集各类收入分析,各业务模块的成本核算、成本异动分析; Precise financial accounting management, reviewing the compliance of related operational revenue and costs, categorizing various income streams by BU, and cost accounting, cost variance analysis for each business module. 5、资产管理,搭建资产管理体系和优化,重大资产项目投资的测算模型搭建和评估,资产日常动态评估以 及后续处置等全周期管理; Asset management, establishment asset management system and optimization, establishment of investment calculation models and evaluation for major asset projects, daily dynamic assessment of assets and subsequent disposal throughout the asset lifecycle. 6、日常工作流程中的合规性管理,完善财务内部管理体系,进行有效的内部控制; Compliance management in daily work procedures, improving internal financial management system, and effective internal control. 7、审计,税务相关事宜; Auditing and tax-related matters. 8、财务总经理和副总经理交代的其他事项。 Others assigned by the Financial General Manager and Deputy General Manager.
任职要求: 1、财经类相关专业,全日制本科及以上学历; Bachelor’s degree or above, major in accounting and finance is a must. 2、10年以上财务工作经验,5年以上财务管理岗位经验,具有全面的财务专业知识、总账处理和收入成本核算经验,有海运公司工作背景佳; Over 10 years of financial work experience, more than 5 years of financial management position experience, with comprehensive financial professional knowledge, experience in general ledger processing and revenue and cost accounting, preferably with a background in shipping companies. 3、熟悉PRC GAAP\IFRS, 了解税务\审计法规政策;持有CPA、中级会计证书优先; Familiar with PRC GAAP and IFRS, familiar with tax and audit regulatory policies; preference for holding CPA or Intermediate Accounting Certificate. 4、熟悉用友,SAP等财务系统,office办公软件,特别是Excel,PPT,以及较强的中英文写作和分析能力; Proficient in financial systems such as Yongyou,SAP, Proficient in Office software, especially Excel\PPT, Strong Chinese and English writing and analytical skills. 5、英文良好,熟练书写,可进行口语沟通; Good command of English, proficient in communication and writing 6、工作细致、责任心强、学习能力强,具有良好的团队合作和沟通能力。 Meticulous in work, strong sense of responsibility, quick learner, with good team cooperation and communication skills.
