1. Take full responsibility to manage Gracell day to day commercial procurement activity, including stakeholder engagement, source to contract process , strategic sourcing strategies development and deployment for indirect procurement categories such as IT, marketing, and professional services, etc., to make sure the key commercial procurement spend are well managed. 2. Set up and enforce governance policies to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements 3. Act as key project member to drive the Gracell integration under AZ’s whole procurement management umbrella. Support AZ Gracell Integration project team on the procurement management mechanism in Gracell including collecting and providing data with analaysis, system launch, policy & process establishment, risk management, supplier management, user training, etc. Candidate Portrait 1. 10+ yrs. procurement expeirence, familiar with indirect categories 2. Solid procurement knowledge on the overall procurement fundamental management mechanism, incl. Process design, system launching, supplier management, user training and risk management. 3.
