Main accountabilities and tasks 1.In line with the group procurement policy and business unit to develop local procurement strategy, optimize local procurement procedure for Petrochemical, Refinery, Recycling, Carbon Capture and Renewable Fuels equipment and modularization applications. 2. Strategic plan towards competence & cost competitive response to commercial strategy and excellence in regions. 3. Develop potential supply chains to optimize cost, quality, and OTD while ensuring sustainability and risk mitigation. 4. Develop and improve the Vendor Management Program, including new vendor selection, continuous improvement, negotiating and signing purchase contracts and later take charge of the implementation etc. 5. Manage all procurement activities in several customer projects, in terms of technical project specifications and commercial statements and Suppliers negotiations. Manage Purchase Requisition internally and Purchase Orders with customers. 6. Define supplier lists based on preferred suppliers, project specifications and market conditions. 7. Cross function, region, and business alignment 8. Identify, develop suppliers that match the company's strategy, Responsible for supplier import, selection, evaluation, elimination, etc., and maintain the qualified suppliers. 9. Coordinate expediting activities with the Planning and Expediting functions on local supplier and/or execute in ***-person expediting visits where needed.
Desired experience and qualifications Work experience: >5 years Expertise (e.g. professional, technical): Strong Project Procurement experience Good knowledge of contractual terms Supply base experience in the region. Education: Level: Master Subject: Engineering or business administration Certifications: Languages: English Soft skills: Strong communication (internal and external), strong business Other: Willingness to travel in the APAC region
