Analyze customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI perspective and drive the product planning process to meet business objectives; Assess current competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation; Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plans.
Responsibilities: 1. Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launches 2. Gain a deep understanding of market/customer, identify, create or fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth 3. Develop product pricing and positioning strategies and define product objectives for effective marketing communications 4. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes 5. Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact 6. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, branding and product marketing teams in the development and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire business unit 7. Drive product launches with quick time-to-market and optimal resources 8. Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and business growth and objective are met 9. Maintain product portfolio profitability and competitive
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree or above, Business, Marketing or related majors preferred. 2. Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle; 3. Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to stakeholders; 4. Medical device products knowledge will be plus.
