Major Tasks: 61 Lead constructability studies for project construction/installation feasibility, develop construction execution plan and construction management procedures during FEL2/3/DED phase. 61 Develop multiple level construction organization chart and define the role and responsibilities of all subordinates. 61 Develop site temporary facility plan and be responsible for temporary facility construction and management. 61 Lead technical part of construction contract bidding process, organize the technical evaluation of technical proposals and prepare TBE (Technical Bidding Evaluation ) with support of contract manager. 61 Fulfill HSE rules/regulations, and legal requirements. Monitor the implementation of HSE rules, practices and regulations at all times. 61 Lead the construction schedule preparation and track the progress with support of scheduler and organize regular coordination meeting . 61 Manage, direct & conduct inspections of site executed works by contractors to ensure safety, quality and progress is in compliance with corresponding targets. 61 Monitor and verify project completion status in alignment with milestones & project completion dates and develop contingency plans for unforeseen events or acts of God that would impact cost and schedule. 61 Manage site changes and coordinate with design disciplines, contract management to control site changes. 61 Monitor and enforce material control protocols and good housekeeping practices. 61 Manage construction contractors and interfaces with start-up team, 3rd party supervision company and other corresponding stakeholders. 61 Monitor and supervise EPC/ EPCm contractor's plan, procedures and site work to fulfill HSE, quality, cost and progress requirement based on contract. 61 Participate modular engineering and supervise modular fabrication and installation work.
