Follow up orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery 2. Arrange sample submission to customers for approval 3. Assist in the Product Development process to ensure that products meet customers’ quality and budget requirements 4. Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production 5. Perform other duties as assigned by Management 6. Build and maintain a strong local and regional vendor network to meet customers’ current and future business needs 7. Provide solutions and support to ensure smooth production and manufacturing process. 8. Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements 1. Bachelor degree or above in related field 2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Merchandising field, preferably within the Home Textile industry. With basic knowledge of fabric and textiles. 3. Good product and material knowledge with good development skills, and familiar with merchandising and product development process 4. Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded 5. Ability to build strong relationships with the team, communicate effectively with internal and external parties 6. Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, problem solving skills, able to meet deadlines 7. Good command of written English and Mandarin 8. Literate in Microsoft office programs
