1. Design and optimize machining processes for motor components, including but not limited to turning, milling, drilling and grinding. 2. Analyze production data and identify improvement opportunities. Improve production efficiency and reduce production cost through process improvement. Including device improvement, automation efficiency improvement, etc. 3. Work with design team to ensure product design meets manufacturing requirements and suggest design improvements to promote design optimization and improve manufacturing feasibility. 4. Prepare and update process documents and operation instructions, make PFMEA and key process control plan for related work flow. 5. Provide technical support to solve technical problems in production.
Requirements:
Education(Level): Bachelor or above degree Major: Mechanical engineering or related Language: Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and good oral and written English PC Skills: Proficiency with Solidworks, NX or other 3D software Personality: Proactive, motivated and able to work independently, good at communication Professional experience and skills:
● At least 3 years experience in machining process engineering. ● Familiar with machining equipment, cutting tools, devices and machining process. ● Proficient in CAD/CAM software and office software. ● Good project management and team work ability. ● Ability to work independently and have the ability to solve problems. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
