职位要求: 1、按照公司战略安排,负责指定区域的销售活动,采取合适的销售渠道和方法,达到销售目标(包括但不限于订单、销售、品牌推广、行业开发、经销商培育与管理等)。 According to company strategy, reach the sales targets (incluing but not limited order intake, sales revenue, brand promotion, segment development, distributors cultivate and manage, etc.) in assigned region with proper channels. 2、对客户进行拜访,了解客户真实需求,建立并维护良好的客户关系。 Regularly customer visiting. Dig out real demand from customers. Establish and maitain good relationship with customers. 3、收集市场信息,掌握动态竞争格局,配合有关部门提出产品和系统的改进意见、协助制定竞争策略。 Collect market information, keep track of dynamic competition. To coordinate related department to propose suggestions for improvement on both products and applications and assist to layout competition strategies. 4、完成公司要求的有关文件和报告。 Complete related documents & reports required by the company. 5、完成上级要求的其它任务。 Complete other tasks by superiors. 岗位要求: 1、机电或相近专业本科及以上学历,经验或行业资源丰富者学历可适当放宽。 Bachelor or above degree in mechanical or electrical or related major. For experienced or abundant industry resources, his/her educational background may be appropriate to relax. 2、3年及以上相近行业销售经验,外资企业尤佳。 3 years or more sales experiences in related industries, foreign-capital enterprises is a plus. 3、有洗衣相关背景者优先/优先,包括洗衣设备、设计、工程...等相关行业; Background in laundry is preferred, including laundry equipment, design, engineering... And other related industries; 4、熟悉价值销售,包括理解客户价值主张、总成本所有权和决策单位分析......等; Familiarity with value selling, including understanding customer value propositions, total cost ownership, and decision unit analysis...... Etc.; 5、较强的组织协调能力、优秀的执行能力、卓越的独挡一面能力,善于从新客户/行业/市场开发新业务; Good coordinate ability,excellent execution and willing to shoulder responsibilites alone,Good at developing new business from new customers/industries/markets 6、英语听说读写能力较佳优先。 Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing in English will be preferred.
