MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1、可以适应出差 2、简单英语听说读写能力 3、具有注塑挤出工艺相关工作经验 4、具备设备机械或电气工作经验 61 Machine Conversion to run liquid colorant effectively and efficiently to new injection or extrusion processes. 61 Conduct dosing conversions from old to new CMA dosing systems 61 Product Trials at customer site. 61 Manage product trials to gain technical or commercial approval at new customers or existing customers. 61 To support the introduction of any new dosing and packaging systems. 61 Training customer staff in best practice in CMA product, related equipment and dosing systems. 61 Process Consultation. 61 Trouble shooting of the customer process. 61 Conduct NCR investigations on formal customer complaints. 61 Resolving technical issues. 61 Regular communication with the Regional Account Managers. 61 Day to day direction & communication with the Technical Service Manager. 61 Use Technical Services Request System including customer trials, samples and all other work for customers. 61 Produce, analyse and plan from performance data. New Customers 61 Apply the conditions of the trial as defined by Regional Account Manager. 61 Seek agreement of Regional Account Manager for any additional product trials. 61 Gain feedback from customer regarding let down, colour and adjust the trial as necessary. 61 Gain the customer’s agreement to the acceptability of the colour and let down. 61 Identify any reasons why the trial may not be successful. 61 Report the outcome of the trial to the Regional Account Manager, Commercial Manager and Technical Service Manager. 61 Clarify the extent of any technical problems and resolve by the most effective & economic method. Existing Customers 61 Attend other customer meetings as agreed with Regional Account Manager. 61 Clarify the purpose of any customer visit with the Regional Account Manager before agreeing to the meeting. 61 Make annual service visits to pre-defined existing customers. 61 Conduct training sessions appropriate for existing customers. 61 In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, you may be required to perform other duties assigned by your Line Manager. 61 This document is a guide to the work you will initially be required to undertake.
