As Senior Sales Operations Analyst, your essential job functions will include the following: Data Gathering & Analysis 61 Define the goals of analysis activities and coordinate the collection of appropriate data from the field as well as from the OEMs. Ensure data gathered and stored in a systematic way that can be easily access; audit and analyze data to ensure accuracy in all information. Reporting and Support 61 Assemble and distribute operational reports and performance metrics (KPI) to both the field team and management team on a regular basis. Provide management with interpretations of reports and assist them in understanding underlying data. 61 Maintain and audit critical sales data to ensure the accuracy and timely distribution of critical reports 61 Manage the design of sales reporting tools, including automation of reporting, and the building of new metrics and dashboards. Territory Management and Quarterly Goal Setting 61 Responsible for managing sales territory, based on sales volume, personnel/customers locations as well as travel distances to drive sales efficiency; continue to adjust and improve the process as business grows as well as personnel changes 61 Coordinate quarterly goal-setting process; develop quarterly sales objectives based on a systematic process; continue to improve the process as business grows to provide fairness and incentive to drive sales performance; set up the meetings with sales management and lead the discussion Sales Analysis, recommendation and Implementation 61 Provide sales analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of new personnel, new process, promotions and various value-adds services that we provide to our customers — provide insights from a data and performance perspective to help uncover underlying issues and guild sales behavior 61 Collaborate with leadership team to identify and pursue performance improvement opportunities, strategic initiatives and development of new capabilities — develop, guide and support implementation. Clearly outline options and recommended courses of action Other Duties as Assigned 61 Be willing and able to perform other tasks that may be in addition to the original job description Position Requirements 61 Bachelors’ degree in Engineering, Mathematics / Statistics, Business / Management or related field 61 Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in analytics, data management, operations or related fields 61 Excellent verbal and written communication in both Chinese and English 61 Microsoft proficient with focus on Excel, Power BI. BI report, Database, VBA, SQL, R or Python experience a plus. 61 Experience with statistics, data trends, data modeling, and data manipulation is a plus 61 Detail-oriented, organized and creative thinker, practical problem solver, with the ability to build relationships with management and colleagues 61 Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
