1.Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures

2.Monitor the quality of tests, equipment, and reagents in the laboratory

3.Responsible for the SOPs of measurement equipment within the laboratory

4.Manage the archiving and preservation of laboratory documents

5.Responsible for the daily management and operation of the laboratory, establishing and improving EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) on-site management methods, and supervising the implementation of EHS requirements in the daily R&D activities
负责实验室的日常管理及运行，建立健全EHS现场管理方式和方法，并在相关的研发活动日常中指导监督相关EHS要求的执行情况

Required Level of Knowledge and Experience 需要的知识和经验
1.Bachelor's degree in Materials Science or Biomedical Engineering
材料学或生物医学工程本科学历
2.Proficient in using common measuring instruments or tools
熟练使用常用的测量仪器或工具
3.Have a thorough understanding of laboratory operations and procedures
对实验室操作和程序有透彻的了解
4.Priority will be given to candidates familiar with the ISO 17025 laboratory management system

5.Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
