Summary We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, Accounting and Reporting Role to join our finance team and oversee the preparation and analysis of our financial statements. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, managing internal and external audits, and providing accurate and timely financial information to senior management and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly,quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports in accordance with PRC GAAP and IFRS Assist in oversight of the global consolidation processes though monitoring of FCCS accounts, analyzing results and resolving discrepancies. Contribute to the corporate month-end close process such as preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations. Support technical accounting activities by performing research, supporting training for finance staff around the globe. Assist with the preparation of government reporting and other statutory report. Coordinate and support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with SOX and other regulatory requirements. Collaborate with other finance and business functions and stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and projects
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field CPA or equivalent certification preferred 3-5 years of experience in corporate accounting and reporting, preferably in a large and complex organization Strong knowledge of PRC GAAP,IFRS, SOX, and other accounting and reporting standards and regulations Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle Excellent analytical,problem-solving, and communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks
