Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
You will be mainly accountable for: 61 Ensure sales activities comply with ABB HSE requirements; 61 Achieve sales business targets for weighing products through proactive sales activities with high performance; 61 Establish and maintain effective & long term customer relationships; 61 Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process; 61 Identify and develop sales opportunities for weighing products in China according to defined sales plans, and using ABB company tools; 61 Prepare technical & commercial proposals, and discuss/negotiate with customers; 61 Support project management for successful execution throughout whole project period.
Qualifications for the role 61 Bachelor degree or above; 61 Sales experience for at least 5 years in Weighing products; 61 Familiar with weighing business and market in China, especially for Metals industry; 61 Good communication skills; 61 Good English both in oral and written; 61 Good Team-working ability; 61 Willing to travel frequently; 61 Work independently under high pressure.
