Responsibilities: - The Learning Data Analysis Specialist within the Learning & Development (L&D) department is responsible for managing daily data analytics on the learning platform by managing learning data and systems for learning programs; engaging and communicating with learning manager to update LMS course management and some other onsite support to manage check-in and survey of the programs.
Requirements: -Good in written professional English & Chinese -Strong data analysis skills -1-2 years working experience, preferably in training management, event management in agencies or outstanding fresh graduate. -Good communication skills -High adaptability to changes -Love to deal with people -hands-on data analysis with detail orientation -High quality standard -Fast learner with high people agility
