Major responsibilities: - Responsible for overall Costing accounting activities for Solenis China trading company and completely meet SAP Month End Closing Timetable without Errors. - Monitor PPV actual costing in system according to costing policy to insure accurate closing result. - Drive costing related internal control process optimization and make sure all internal control processes are in legal and SOX compliance. - Perform monthly and quarterly related costing tasks not limited to rebate, deferred revenue & consignment. - Assist in the management of daily financial & accounting operations & reporting & tax required reconciliation. - Ensure the timely and accurate submission of One stream BS reconciliation report. - Coordination with internal and external parties (internal tax, ARAP team and external auditors, tax advisors, etc.). - Work closely with commercial team to provide financial support and professional guidance, to ensure accurate and consistent financial reporting, revenue recognition & costing calculation. - Responsible for inventory management including monthly inventory ending report, inventory provision calculation, inventory disposal, regular cycle count and annual stock taking etc. - Liaison with EHS, logistic, supply chain, planning department etc to ensure the related cost on track. - Ad hoc project from management
Job Requirement: - Bachelor's or above degree majored in finance and accounting, having CPA or ACCA is a plus. - More than five years working experience, MNC manufacturing and GL/Costing experience is a plus. - Proficient in computer skills MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Familiar with ERP systems such as SAP is preferred. - Good command in both written and spoken English. - Good interpersonal and communication skills, result orientation, responsible and can work under pressure.
