1. Oversee and manage all purchasing tasks to achieve a successful delivery of goods to customers. 2. Analyze customer’s demands and expectations to find the best technical and economical solutions possible. 3. Be able to handle cases individually with rep. office or clients all the ways from new request to sampling, production, quality control, certificates and delivery at destination. 4. Forecast risks which could happen during the project execution and be able to provide proper solutions. Be proactive and engaged together with rep. office to realize project success. 5. Source, analyze and coach/train suppliers to meet the demands in compliance with the business requirements. Secure capacity for company needs and development. 6. Monitoring vendor performance and tracking the project schedule to ensure optimal result. To follow the orders and foresee delay and prevent it or minimize its impact. 7. Make clear project planning with all involved participants. Follow up and record throughout the different phases of the project. 8. Detail-oriented, partnering with QC department in setting up the quality management at suppliers. 9. Ensure accuracy of all quotes and data in ERP system. 10. Other jobs assigned by line manager.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRMENTS 1. 7 years of experience Window display or Jewelry props and exporting/importing business. Abundant knowledge within window display and the procurement. 2. Teamwork with team members and colleagues from other departments. 3. Must have a high level of technical ability and commercial skills. Lead the product developments by clients, guide the product developments to supplier, with technical and design. 4. Have a good sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure. 5. Can accept monthly business trip.
