Responsibilities: 1. Assist the product managers on the routines related to product development such as processes regarding product regulatory compliances from both local and international customers. 2. Responsible for data input and its maintenance of the new and existing products of the range, including the creation of articles in corporative software since its conception to its latest possible withdraw (phase-out). 3. Lead the sourcing and collection of marketing data (features, selling points, etc.) of previously appointed competitors aiming to assist the product managers on the generation of technical information sheets destined to promote the products. 4. Handle the making-of process of e-learning and on-site training programs as per the directives provided by the product manager. 5. Cooperate with the design team in creating the artwork in product development process. 6. Manage technical documentation of the existing and new products as well all the related certificates, catalogues, samples and testing reports. 7. Follow up and update reports regarding the status of new / ongoing projects. 8. Maintain and support 6S principles and initiatives. 9. Other work assigned by superior and company. Requirements: 1. Bachelor or above degree major in: Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technologist, Mechanical Technician are preferred. 2. Basic knowledge of technical products. 3. Good communication and negotiation skills. 4. Have a good understanding and passion of products and processes. 5. Prefer work experience in both production and trade business field. 6. Be a good team player. 7. Excellent communication ability, honest, logical and results-oriented. 8. Willing to work independently and work under pressure. 9. Good verbal and written English communication skills. 10. Proficient in office software like Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc. 11. Proficient in Outlook and Internet. 12. Knowledge in SAP will be a plus. 13. Good mental and physical conditions.
