-Leverage best-in-class application expertise to realize individual customer projects, to increase customer loyalty and to facilitate primary market sales
-Provide technical support for customer application requests
-Develop new applications with teams in application development Centers
-Work closely with suppliers on innovation/ new formulations
-Support cross-selling of sales teams by defining BU products
-Identify customer application needs in focus industry (with team)

Job Requirement:
-Bachelor's degree or above, major in chemical or polymer materials plus
-10-15 years of professional experience in chemical industry
-Fluent in English (verbal and written)
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Strong customer orientation, mature technical skills with strong attention to detail
