一、Responsibilities: 1. To handle the most important account in BM China Sales Department. 2. To develop a good working relastionship with key account, and to enhance customer satisfaction and customer retention. 3. To define the most crucial needs of key account and carries them out to ensure that they receive *** class cusotmer service and support. 4. To Mapping more precisely about the Key account organizations, especialy about the decision makers. 5. To forecast Key account business operations and raw material demands as opportunity for our business by big passionate way. 6. To creat the strategy and set objectives to manager the account together with global KAM team. 7. To carry out continuous market analysis and research on the dynamics of the account. 8. To conduct key account reviews.
二、Qualification & Requirements: 教育背景及经验:Education& Experience: 1.本科或以上学历,10相关工业大客户销售经验,半导体行业相关优先,5年相关管理经验 University or above, minimum 10 years of key account sales experience for industrial products. Experience in Semiconductor Industry is preferred,5 years management experience. 2.熟练掌握销售策略,大客户管理,合同管理,商务实践,销售相关财务知识。Knowledge in sales strategy, key account sales, contract process , commercial practices, sales related finance, etc. 技能技巧: Skill 1.出色的销售技巧, Good Sales Skill 2 沟通技巧及人际关系维护。相关客户关键联系人的业务联系建立及维护。Communication and interpersonal skill. Mature to build good business relations with key persons in customers. 3.谈判技巧Negotiation skill. 4.团队精神 Team work 5.演讲技巧,分析能力,办公软件应用能力Presentation skill; analysis skill; MS-Office. 6.英文良好Good English; 态度: Attitude 1.责任心强, 原则性强 Commitment and discipline. 2.工作努力,投入Engagement and hard working.
