The appointee will handle the Supply Chain and Logistic of the Schneider eStar. Ensure that it does translate into actions and targets and ultimately in a total customer satisfaction and profitable business growth. The appointee will contribute to the key supply chain and logistic transformations of the division moving from Schneider Electric line of business to an end to end supply chain and logistic organization under a joint Venture structure. The appointee will own all aspects of supply chain and logistic performance including but not limited to Customer Logistic Offer (Lead Time), OTDC, Cash Flow (inventory), Logistics cost, warehouse management, custom process, import and expert control, Supplier Performance and overall supply chain design. The appointee will also manage strategic partner Star Charge quality performance for Europe and ROW markets.
The appointee will lead a team of supply chain and logistic located in Europe and China, while working in alignment and close cooperation with SE central foundation teams defining clear roles and responsibilities between teams to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
The appointee also will lead spare parts and service supply chain.
Manage the supply chain and logistic function within Schneider eStar
- Interact regularly with customers to better understand their expectations and concerns
- Lead Schneider sStar SIOP related processes
- Define supply chain mapping and flow in Offer Creation Process
- Lead ,define and define supply chain network modelling of Schneider Star
- Manager daily operations of customer orders fulfilment , supplier procurement process, transportation and import and export include customer process
- Contribute to Customer Project Process regarding supply chain and logistic topics
- Alert the management on issues
- Drive the supply chain Strategy and lead its transformation upon business strategy
- Network continuously with Global function team to ensure division needs are understood and considered
- Ensure the right level of competency for the supply chain and logistic teams and career paths
Lead Supply Chain design and set up mapping/flow and manage master data creation and change
Owner of Sales, Inventory, Operation and Planning Process
Manage and supervise staff tasked with creating material requirement plans and/or forecasts
Optimize processes among Operations, Purchasing, Logistics, and outside suppliers to execute the planning/replenishment process
Lead reengineering efforts as it relates to supply chain planning and execution systems
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
Lead and meet SC targets with KPIs
Deploy and follow up Short Interval Management and Lean process for Supply Chain
Other responsibilities include:
Measure actual performance against goals on regular basis and present results to senior management
Apply expertise to specify system functionality for operation and reporting (i.e. SAP)

The timely and effectively management of customer containment actions (Business Risk
LANGAGUE Fluent English & French is mandatory, Chinese is a plus
EXPERIENCE in Customer Satisfaction & Quality plus at least one more additional experience in Project Management, Product Development, Manufacturing, Operational experience in China partner developed ODM project for IEC markets is a plus
