Job Summary: Establish and implement quality inspection procedure, analyze process control data and handle product quality complaints under limited supervision.
Responsibilities: - Establish and implement quality inspection procedure including incoming, in process and outgoing quality audits under limited supervision; - Collect and analyze statistical process control data; - Perform process capability studies for new tooling and new set-up in production; - Issue, maintain and update quality procedure and ensure proper document control; - Assist in vendor/supplier quality management; - Handle product quality complaints and ensure effectiveness of corrective actions, request instruction and assistance from supervisor in handling situations which require either greater or different experience or knowledge; - Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or above with major in engineering or other related disciplines; - 5+ years related working experience in a manufacturing environment; - Possess QS9000 or ISO/TS16949 system knowledge and internal audit skills; - Possess knowledge and experience in quality engineering; - Initiative, strong interpersonal/communication skills; - Fluent English communication skill both in written and oral; - Good PC skills.
Preferred Qualifications: - Statistical knowledge and practice (MSA, SPC, etc.) is preferred; - Experience in project management is preferred.
