Job Summary: Provide process engineering support to manufacturing under limited supervision, with emphasis on process improvement and optimization aimed at workshop safety ,increasing productivity, enhancing quality and efficiency, improving yield and reducing unit cost.
Responsibilities: - Establish and document processes, and monitor when necessary to ensure process reliability under limited supervision; - Continue to optimize manufacturing process by using statistical control and process designed experimentation to enhance manufacturing operation; - Troubleshoot process problems, recommend and implement solutions; - Adapt techniques and methods to develop process quality control methods for use by operators/technicians to ensure consistent quality product; - Assist in the training and improvement of technical skills of production personnel; - Work with R&D to implement the new product trial run and launch on time - Continue to improve equipment stability and process to ensure workshop safety - Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or above with major in engineering or other related disciplines; - 5+ years related working experience in a manufacturing environment; - Ability to apply related process engineering knowledge and skills to improve process and quality; - Fluent English communication skill both in written and oral; - Good PC skills.
Preferred Qualifications: - Quality engineering knowledge is preferred; - Statistical process control knowledge is preferred; - Related product knowledge is preferred.
