Technical Support 84 Understand basic design, execution planning and constructional design. 84 Prior experience in consulting service on local building physical requirements. 84 Experience in producing drafts, specifications and detailed plans for architects, planners, and general contractors. 84 Develop solutions to draft and design issues of our regular customers that match accepted standards and industry-specific standards of conduct. 84 Work towards supporting direct and indirect customers to obtain necessary building permits and write supporting technical documentation. 84 Ensure presence in and consultancy for professional groups to expand the corporate profile and to impact industry-specific matters for the benefit of the company. 84 Help, train and support the sales team in working with certain customers and on certain projects. 84 Experience in monitoring of local technical certification procedures. 84 Experience in understanding regional building regulations and supporting commercial team with segment and regional development. Drywall, Facades, Roofing 84 Experience in fa04ade / exterior wall / drywall applications - Experiences in steel building, light-gauge steel construction, special designs - Experience in modular integrated and offsite construction methods would be an added advantage. - Capability of doing static calculations (according to local standards) as a preliminary support to direct and indirect customers. - Bill of quantity - Basic (constructional) design, detail planning. - Building design in general. - Seismic design. - Execution planning. - Analyzing and verifying of the constructional design. 84 Experience in flat roof applications - Previous experience of technical specifications and designs for flat roofing. - Good working knowledge of the roofing industry, specifically flat roofing. - Good working knowledge of the standards and regulations associated with flat roofing - Awareness in FM procedures, and RoofNav On Site Support 84 Willing to travel within the China, Hong Kong and Macau region, APAC when needed. 84 Experience in practical on-site demonstrations. QUALIFICATIONS 84 Technical education with construction related degree: Civil Engineer / Construction Engineer / Structural Engineer or Architect 84 3-5 years working experiences and in-depth knowledge of the construction industry; ideally experience with fa04ade engineering and/or in field of drywall construction material. 84 Experience with construction sites or at construction planning office 84 Presentation skills 84 Experience in CAD. Prior usage of BIM. 84 Awareness in specification selling. 84 Fluent in English (verbal and writing) and Chinese (Mandarin), Cantonese would be an advantage.
