KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Obtaining annual sales program for specific sales territory as assigned by management. 2. Developing new accounts, markets, and sales of new products in accordance with the Company's Business Plan. 3. Maintaining highest level of knowledge possible of the Company's products, their applications, services and policies. 4. Servicing all customers within the assigned territory. 5. Providing management with market information and competitive updates. 6. Penetrating and developing new accounts while maintaining existing business and integrating product/process and application knowledge into successful territory plan. 7. Calling on prospective customers, provides information and demonstrations. 8. Assessing customer requirements and competitor activity. 9. Selling into all major China Lithium Battery Fire Protection markets, New Energy Automotives, Energy Stroage, Consuming Electrics and other market of Lithium battery.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS 1. Strong interpersonal skills and proficient in managing multiple projects and budget management are plus for consideration; 2. Good communication skills (Chinese/English), Fluent English is preferred; 3. 5 Years previous sales experience in insulating material markets or related to Metal/CPI/Marine industry. 4. Previous experience with distributor sales management is preferred; 5. An understanding of pricing and ordering structures; product, technical and application data; competitive products and applications; blueprint reading; and industrial product knowledge is required. 6. Knowledge of fire protection and related industrial markets we serve.
EDUCATION BA/BS degree in Business or Engineering; Advanced business degree also desired.
