Regional Own Retail Sales & Profitability: o Set and agree accurate, achievable sales targets across all stores, and ensure all stores meet or exceed the agreed sales targets by ensuring all company standards are met and by providing motivation and direction to shop staff to maximise all sales opportunities. o Analyse sales trends and recommend the correct range and mix of product for the profile of each store in order to maximise sales and profit. o Maximise profits across all regional stores by the effective control and management of all costs to meet and exceed the company targets, including expense, salaries, overtime, discounts, etc. 2. Regional Own Retail Development: o Responsible for new shop feasibility proposal, grand opening, relocation, terms negotiation with local landlords, and other shop projects management. 3. Retail staff management: o Manage, motivate and direct all store staff by conducting productive store visits using the Branch visit sales report which will set specific objectives which will improve and continue to develop our business. o Conduct appraisals, training and mentoring which increases the performance of employees and instructs and guides them to achieve their own accountabilities to Villeroy & Boch standards. o Professionally interview and recruit candidates who accurately match the job requirements and person specifications, on time and within budget, ensuring all shops are adequately managed always. o Accurately identify and professionally tackle performance issues which set out the desired performance standards and provide the help and guidance to achieve them. 4.
