Responsibilities - Strictly abide the rules and operation procedures of safe production and obey the management. - Participate in safety education and training actively, master the safety knowledge for the position, improve skills of safety production, and trained to obtain corresponding qualification certificates is mandatory for special operation. - Carefully inspect and check the potential hazards before work, during work and shift change, and ensure that the work conditions in safety for relevant machinery and equipment, electricity, and the environment of the working area. - After incident happens, the relevant staff on site shall immediately report to ERC or duty EMT. If hidden risk or other unsafe factors are discovered, they shall immediately report to safety management personnel or management staff. - Have the right to criticize, report, and accuse the problems existing when work on site, and have the right to refuse illegal unsafe commands and force risky operations. - Be familiar with the safety risks and emergency treatment method of the position. Have the right to stop the operation or evacuate from working area when an emergency is found. - Be responsible for safe execution of daily maintenance and other activities by conducting proper safety measures, such as JSA, trainings, etc. - Closely collaborate with PEs and plants to draft execution plan, estimate budget for daily maintenance work. - Conduct effective repair/maintenance work to keep the facilities running smoothly - Keep developing preventive and predictive maintenance to identify issue earlier and reduce downtime. - Conduct plant shutdown maintenance for E&I annually - Lead/engage in maintenance and CAPEX project by providing technical support and management responsibility as needed. - Engage in E&I engineering standards unification in the organization and apply standards to maintenance and project execution - Participate in internal & external conference and trainings, share new technology and best practice in the organization Requirements - min. Bachelor with E&I related disciplines and 5 years working experience knowledge of High Voltage (35kV) equipment, SCADA ,Simocode, VFD, ETH, common electrical device - Knowledge of el. maintenance work - Instrument and DCS is plus - E&I Engineering & project management is plus. - Substantial general work experience together with comprehensive job related experience in own area of expertise to fully competent level. - Basic experience of coordinating the work of others. - Independently supports business processes with comprehensive understanding and effective use of standard office equipment and standard software packages, while also providing guidance and training to others. Identifies, assesses, prioritizes and manages risks in a production process without supervision and provides technical guidance when required. - Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on developing appropriate plans or performing necessary actions based on recommendations and requirements. - Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on developing, monitoring, interpreting and understanding policies and procedures, while making sure they match organizational strategies and objectives. - Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on analyzing data trends for use in reports to help guide decision making. - Works without supervision while providing technical guidance when required on managing projects and/or programs within desired cost, time and quality parameters. - Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on achieving full compliance with applicable rules and regulations in management and/or operations. - Applies comprehensive knowledge and skills to independently manage and apply safe systems of work while providing guidance and training to others.
